**HOW TO INSTALL**
1. Ensure this resource after ox_lib, framework, inventory and target system inside your server.cfg;
2. Configure your mob zones and types in config.lua (or use the in-game zone manager);
3. Adjust the editable files (client/cl_editable.lua, server/sv_editable.lua) to integrate with your inventory and custom systems;
4. Start the resource and optionally use /mobzonemanager to create zones in-game;
